So what’s new with this? Everyone can do this. Yeah right! But what if you have 50, 100 or more friends that you wanted to invite to join a certain Group or Fan Page. Having to click each one them can only be your only option. Or can you handle having to click more than a hundred friends? Facebook users having less than 20 friends on their list might still be able to use this trick if they are lazy enough to do some clicking task.
So here it is:
1. If you’ve already joined the group or at least you are an admin to that group or fan page, proceed to step 2. Join the group by clicking the “Join” button on the top of the page. Click the “Become a Fan” button if it’s a Fan Page.
2. On the group’s page, go to the bottom left of the page, there is a little button that says “Share”. Click it, and hit “Share” when it pops up. This allows the Dislike feature to be used on all of your friends’ pages. For the fan page, click on “Suggest to Friends” link.
3. Click the “Invite People to Join” link on the left hand side of the page. For fan page, proceed to the next step.
4. Go to your internet browser’s address bar and delete everything. The address bar is where http://www.facebook.com is typed or where to type in a website’s URL.
5. Copy and paste the following code and hit ENTER.
6.All of your friends in the box should turn BLUE, Click “Send Invitations”.
That’s it. No matter how many friends you have. They can all be selected with just few clicks.
I actually got this idea on one the company giving away some items. Unfortunately, our country doesn’t qualify for the promo. But at least the instructions given got my attention and so I thought of sharing it. This has been very helpful to me promoting my Group and Fan Page. You might want to try this out on my Blog’s Fan Page. Just click the link to proceed: http://www.facebook.com/korabtech. Enjoy!

In response to the 7.0 magnitude earthquake that rocked Haiti on Tuesday, BloggersUnite is asking bloggers around the globe to donate funds to international organizations providing aid to Haitian citizens and to use your blogs to inspire others to get involved.
The citizens of Haiti are currently dealing with devastation and suffering that few of us can even imagine. Tuesday’s earthquake has reduced large parts of the the country’s capitol, Port Au Prince, to rubble and devastated their already poor infrastructure making the task of delivering aid extremely difficult.
Official estimates from the region say that approximately 3 million people have been affected by this disaster and that somewhere between 45,00 to 50,000 people are may have died as a result of the earthquake.
How You Can Help
The most important thing you can do is donate to organizations providing aid to the citizens of Haiti. Bloggers can also use their sites to motivate others to give. It takes just a few minutes to add a donation widget to your blog or write a post informing your readers about how to give.
Doctors Without Borders is one of the organizations in the best position to provide critical medical care to those affected by this disaster. You can easily add one of their donation widgets to your blog:

When Facebook changes it’s policy regarding the Vanity URLs’setup requirements since the end of May 2009, there have been mixed emotions of dismay and satisfaction between old and new Fan Page owners. Gathering around 1,000 fans before you can setup a custom vanity URLs is quite an effort. It was then lowered down to 100 and 25.
So what is this vanity URL? My kOrAbTech Blog fan page used to have this long URL:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Korab-Tech-Blog/123458796545
and now:
http://www.facebook.com/korabtech
Here is how I did it. But before we can proceed, please consider the following:
1. You need to have Admin rights to the Fan Page.
2. The Fan Page must have at least 25 fans.
How to setup the Vanity URL to your Fan Page:
1.Log in to your Facebook account. Open a new browser tab and go to this url: http://www.facebook.com/username
2. Click the “Set a username” thumbnail.

3. You will be prompted to select the name of the page to configure. Enter your preferred name. If the name is available, you can forever keep that name.

For now, there’s no way we can change the name once it is being assigned to your page. I hope this helps.

If you prefer to see the button type, just use these codes:
This is how the button will look on top of your post:

I didn’t have problems implementing these codes. Kindly post your comments if you are encountering any issues. You can experiment by placing the code before <data:post.body/>. The buttons will appear below your post. Enjoy!
